HLunPACK Delivers Sauce Sachet Packaging Machine with Customized NY/LDPE Roll Film

A Complete Sauce Sachet Packaging Project

The project combines packaging equipment, coding and flexible packaging materials in one coordinated delivery. The customer ordered an automatic three-side-seal liquid sachet packaging machine, a laser coding system and customized NY/LDPE printed roll film from HLunPACK.

By developing the packaging machine and roll film around the same product and production requirements, film feeding, sealing performance, coding position and machine parameters could be considered together before delivery. This approach helps reduce unnecessary adjustment during commissioning and provides a more practical route from roll film to finished sachet.

Customized NY/LDPE Roll Film for Liquid Seasoning

For this project, HLunPACK supplied a customized NY/LDPE laminated roll film developed around the liquid seasoning product and the operating requirements of the packaging machine.

An optimized lamination process was used to balance mechanical strength, sealing reliability, machine compatibility, product protection and material cost. Rather than using a more complex laminate structure than necessary, the film was developed around the actual application to provide a practical and cost-efficient solution.

Laser Coding Integrated with the Packaging Process

The laser coding system was integrated with the packaging machine and coordinated with the designated coding area of the printed roll film. This supports the application of variable information such as production dates, batch numbers or other production data during the packaging process, reducing additional offline handling.

Packaging Machine + Custom Roll Film

For automatic liquid sachet packaging, film characteristics have a direct influence on machine operation. Film thickness, laminate stiffness, surface friction, sealing window, printing registration, coding position and bag dimensions can all affect feeding, sealing and cutting stability.

Because both the packaging machine and the customized roll film were supplied within the same project, HLunPACK was able to coordinate these variables during testing and commissioning. The result is a more integrated packaging solution designed around the customer’s actual product and production process.
