1. Confidentiality Commitment
HLunPACK maintains strict confidentiality of all customer-provided artwork, drawings, and technical materials.
No information will be disclosed or used beyond the scope of the order without prior written consent.
2. Intellectual Property Ownership
All artwork, trademarks, branding elements, and designs provided by the customer remain the sole property of the customer.
3. Limited License (Key Clause)
With customer authorization, HLunPACK is granted a limited license to use the artwork strictly for:
• Production and printing purposes
• Technical adjustments (layout, sizing, material compatibility, plate-making, etc.)
• Communication regarding design optimization
This license is:
• Non-exclusive
• Non-transferable
• Restricted to order-related purposes only
HLunPACK will not use the artwork for any unrelated commercial purposes.
4. Design Modification Support (Important)
When customers request design modifications:
• All revised designs remain the property of the customer
• HLunPACK provides technical optimization only (printing feasibility, packaging structure, etc.)
• No intellectual property rights are claimed by HLunPACK
5. NDA Availability
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed upon request to ensure a higher level of protection.
6. Display & Portfolio Use
HLunPACK will not display or use customer designs for marketing, portfolio, or case studies without prior written approval.
