HLunPACK delivered an integrated sauce sachet packaging solution featuring an automatic three-side-seal machine, laser coding system and customized NY/LDPE printed roll film. Pre-delivery compatibility testing supported stable filling, sealing, coding and cutting for liquid rice seasoning packaging.
HLunPACK has completed delivery of a 6-line potato chips packaging system featuring VFFS machines, multihead weighers and automatic feeding systems. The integrated project also includes customized roll film, supporting coordinated weighing, bagging and conveying for efficient snack production.
Recently, we successfully delivered a fully integrated solution for a dual-compartment wasabi and soy sauce pouch, achieving complete product separation within a single pack while maintaining a stable production speed of 80 packs per minute. This project establishes a replicable technical pathway for high-speed multi-product packaging.
