1.Scope of Services
HLunPACK provides manufacturing and export services for packaging materials (such as printed roll films, bags, and boxes) and packaging machinery.
2. Quotation & Orders
• Quotations are valid for 7–15 days
• Orders are confirmed via Proforma Invoice (PI) or contract
• A deposit is required before production for customized products
3. Raw Material Price Fluctuation
If raw material prices fluctuate by 5%–10% or more, HLunPACK reserves the right to adjust pricing or renegotiate. If no agreement is reached, we may suspend or cancel the order.
4. Production & Lead Time
Lead time varies depending on product type and may be affected by raw material supply and logistics conditions.
5. Payment Terms (By Product Type)
A. Packaging Materials (Printed Film / Bags / Boxes)
For customized packaging materials, the payment structure is as follows:
• 100% plate/tooling fee payable before production
• 50% product deposit before production
• 50% balance payable before shipment
Notes:
• The plate/tooling fee is a one-time charge for printing plates, cutting dies, or tooling setup
• Production will not start until both deposit and tooling fee are received
B. Packaging Machinery
For packaging machinery orders, the payment structure is:
• 30% deposit upon order confirmation
• 70% balance before shipment
C. Important Notes
English Version
• All orders are subject to Proforma Invoice (PI) or contract confirmation
• Production and shipment will be suspended until payments are received
• Special payment terms may be discussed for long-term partners
6. Delivery Responsibility (Incoterms)
FOB (Free on Board): Risk transfers once goods are loaded
CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight): We arrange freight & insurance; risk transfers at shipment
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We handle delivery, duties, and clearance until final destination
7. Quality & Acceptance
Customers must report quality issues within 7 days of receipt with supporting evidence.
8. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
All customer-provided artwork remains the customer’s property. HLunPACK uses it only for order-related purposes under strict confidentiality.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall HLunPACK’s liability exceed the total value of the order.
10. Force Majeure
HLunPACK shall not be liable for delays or failure caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemics, logistics disruptions, etc.).
11. Supply Chain Delays
Delivery timelines may be extended due to raw material shortages or logistics disruptions.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the court in China or arbitration as agreed.
13. Modifications
HLunPACK reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
